Overview
The "One Million - Mipira Campaign" is a community-based initiative in Tanzania aimed at distributing one million footballs on the road to AFCON 2027.
As part of the Campaign, "Mipira Tournaments" in an initiative used as the vehicle to distribute 1M balls by 2027 through institutions, community-based programmes etc
Theme
All youth male and female from 7-24yrs will be involved in these tourmanents.
Mipira Tournaments
serves as a platform to
showcase the talents and potential of teams and players in lower-level leagues,
elevating their status and attracting attention from fans, sponsors, and scouts
alike. By providing a stage for competition and exposure, tournaments breathe
new life into lower-level leagues, injecting excitement and enthusiasm into the
local sporting scene.
